This thesis proposal is proposing an architectural design as responding to the challenge of declining Emperor Listen Ape. The design concept blends in with site context, local context, site stories, and design structure as revitalizing strategies. Not only faster community cohesion and interaction but also reconnect as a part of the theme to Taiping Lake Garden and enhances the memorial of it through the origin of site concept developed by New Zealand government: Playground For Taiping children and communities.
